MCP Tokens

You can connect your AI agents and solutions to SOC Prime Platform's public MCP server. The server implements the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and allows AI-enabled applications to access SOC Prime Platform features through authenticated MCP tokens.

Using the MCP token, you can search for content items and retrieve rule’s metadata generated by AI, including short summary, full summary, and a decision tree. To learn how to communicate with the Public MCP Server and retrieve this data, follow this guide.

Generate MCP Token

To authorize your AI agent’s requests to SOC Prime Platform’s MCP Server, you need to generate an MCP token.

  1. Go to Account icon > Platform Settings > MCP Tokens to see all your existing tokens or generate a new one.

  2. Select Add New MCP Token.

  3. In the modal window, provide the following information:

    • Name of the MCP token

    • Expiration date

    • IPs that are authorized to make requests to the MCP server

  4. Select Generate.

  5. When the MCP Token Generated modal appears, copy the generated token and save it in a safe place. For security reasons, you won't be able to view it again once you close this modal. The key is stored in an encrypted format.

Manage MCP Tokens

On the MCP Tokens page, you can edit or delete the tokens that you created.

Note: When editing the MCP token, you can make changes only to the Allowed APIs field.

  1. Click the three-dot icon on the right of the needed token name, and in the pop-up select Edit or Delete.

  2. In the modal, select Delete / Save Changes, depending on the action you’re performing.
