You can view and manage user accounts on the Settings → User Management page.
Currently, there are two user roles:
User. The basic role. It cannot create new users and change settings on the Pipeline Runtime page.
Admin. It has access to the entire Admin Panel functionality and is allowed to create new user accounts.
To create a new account:
Click Add New User.
In the modal that appears, fill in the fields:
Email address. The email of the user for whom you're creating the account. It will be used as a login.
Full Name. The full name of the user for whom you're creating the account.
Password. The default password for authentication. The user will have to use it for the first login and change it right at that time. This field has a pre-generated value. You can use it, regenerate it by clicking the cycle arrow icon on the right, or provide a new password manually.
Role:
User. The user will not be able to create new users and change settings on the Pipeline Runtime page.
Admin. The user will have access to the entire Admin Panel functionality, including user management.
Copy the email address and password to a safe location so that you can send them to the user later.
Click Add User.
To edit an account, click the pencil icon next to it. You can edit the email address and the full name, but not the password.
Note that the email address is used as the login, so if you change it, don't forget to send the updated version to the corresponding user so that they can log in to the Admin Panel.
To delete an account, click the dustbin icon next to it. This action is irrevocable, so the deleted account will lose access to the Admin Panel. The deleted user instantly loses access to the Admin Panel.
