The System Status page provides an overview of the health and status of all system components and helps you monitor if any services require attention.
To access this page, go to Settings → System Status.
At the top of the page, you can see an overall system health indicator.
Green checkmark – All required components are working correctly or are not enabled
Exclamation mark – At least one component is in a warning or error state, indicating that some components require attention.
In the upper-right corner there’s a Download Debug Logs button, which allows you to export system logs for troubleshooting and deeper investigation.
Below the overall status, the page displays system version information:
Detect Flow UI – version of the admin interface currently in use
Detect Flow Backend – admin version provided by the backend service
Match Node Version – version of processing nodes used in the system. Click it to open a popup showing a list of pipelines and Match Node version per pipeline.
The main part of the page is the Status per Service Areas section, where system health is broken down by services. Each service area shows a short status message and status indicator reflecting whether the component is operating normally or requires attention. Possible statuses are:
Operational
Warning
Error
Not Enabled

Note: Some issues affecting a small percentage of services may not be reflected here.
