New Subscription Model
With this release, we've introduced a new subscription model. It changes the principles of access to content and brings new plan tiers.
Principles of Access to Content
From now on, there's no division into Community and Exclusive content. Moreover, limitations on the number of views and downloads for Community subscription go away as well.
Each subscription tier has its own content availability window. That is, when content is released, it becomes available for download after a different time depending on the user's subscription and stays available for different periods.

Availability status of a content item is marked by a special label:
Available: the content item is within the availability period. The label has a time counter that indicates for how long the item will be available
Upcoming: the content item has just been released, and the user needs to wait to get it. The label has a time counter that indicates in what time the item will become available
Expired: the availability period has ended.
To instantly filter for content that is currently available under your subscription on the Advanced Search and Detection Engineering pages, use the Available for Me option in the Content Availability filter.
The Intelligence of the content published on the SOC Prime Platform always stays available regardless of the content's release date. This ensures that security professionals can always get the context and details on the latest threats.
For Enterprise subscription we introduce a 24-hour SLA on threat detection as an add-on option. It ensures access to content on the latest critical threats that are detectable via any kind of common logs within 24 hours from exploit POC, malware sample, etc.
In Quick Hunt, hunting is available for content right after its release and until the end of the availability period. The Hunt button for unavailable content is disabled.
Community and Professional subscriptions have limits on the number of hunts per day and the period of keeping the hunting history:

New Subscription Tiers
The new model includes three tiers, empowering security experts from organizations of any maturity and size to get value from the SOC Prime Platform. Based on our statistics, we've calculated an average time that each tier can save on researching and developing content for the latest threats, which makes the value of subscribing more articulated.
Community: for users wishing to be a part of the largest cybersecurity community in history. This tier is free and gives access to all content during the set availability window. Average time-saving: 30 hours per month.
Professional: for cybersecurity experts who subscribe for individual use. It's a fixed-scope subscription for one billing cycle that can be bought in a couple of clicks with a credit card. The purchase is powered by Stripe. Average time-saving: 90 hours per month.
Enterprise: for large cyber defense teams. It can be customized depending on the agreed scope of Platform utilization. With all modules included, average time-saving: 360 hours per month.
All current Premium subscriptions remain unchanged until their expiration date, co-existing with the new tiers. When they end, users can switch to a subscription from the new model, which provides even more value.
Limited Access subscription stays without changes.
