Changing email on SOC Prime is a simple process, yet one that ensures the most security for our users. Let’s go through the necessary steps to change your email.

Requirements:

  1. Since it’s possible to join SOC Prime only using the work email address, please ensure you have access to a new work email.

  2. You would need access to both your old work email* and new work email.

* If you lost access to your old work email unfortunately you won't be able to change your email. Please create a new account and reach out to support@socprime.com, so we could delete your old account.

Step 1.

Click on your avatar in the top right corner and select “Account.”

Step 2.

In the account section, select the button to change your email.

Next, you will be prompted to send a confirmation to your old email address.

This step is necessary to make sure that your account is not being sized by a malicious third party.

Click “Send Code.” Then open your old email box and paste the code from the email you received from SOC Prime.

Step 3.

Now, add your new corporate email address in the next screen and confirm the new email address with the cord sent to your mailbox.

Step 4.

Please wait for your new email to be verified. Once this process is complete you will receive a welcoming email.
