The SOC Prime Platform utilizes best practices of account security to ensure a safe and secure experience.
On this page, you can set or change your password, set up two-factor authentication, and view recovery codes.
Password. Once your user account has been created, we send you a one-time code for the first login to the email address provided during registration. After that, we strongly recommend protecting your account with a strong password and rotating the password on a regular basis.
Password requirements:
At least 8 characters
At least one uppercase letter, one number, and one special character
All letters should be of the Latin alphabet
Two-Factor Authentication. To protect your account with an additional layer of security, we recommend using two-factor authentication. To enable it:
Download a two-factor authentication app on your mobile device.
Select Enable Two-Factor Authentication.
Scan the barcode with your authentication app.
Enter the six-digit code displayed in your app.
Select Enable.
Download, print, or copy your recovery codes by clicking the corresponding button. Use recovery codes to access your account if you cannot receive two-factor authentication codes from the app on your device.
Select Continue.
To view your recovery codes, select Show Recovery Codes.
If you have issues with old recovery codes, you can generate new ones. To do this, select Show Recovery Codes > Generate New Codes. Save your new recovery codes to ensure you can access your account.
To disable two-factor authentication, select Disable Two-Factor Authentication and confirm your action.
